Who needs a wallet when you have Google Wallet?
Google has just announced the official launch of Google Wallet, following its announcement last May. This app essentially replaces your wallet. If you have an Android phone, you can simply tap and pay for your purchases using your phone. See the following video for more details:
Downside: The Google Wallet app is currently on its beginning stages, right now it’s only exclusively available on the Sprint Nexus S. It currently only allows you to pay using Citi Mastercard and Google PrePaid Card.
Upside: Wallet reportedly will soon support Visa, Discover and American Express. And as a BONUS, Google adds $10 in Google Prepaid Card if you try out the app before the end of the year
